Collaboration event with The Science Fiction Culture Cabinet at The University of Turku (a.k.a. Tutka). It is the future year of 1998. Piloted mecha known as Labors have become commonplace in Japan as tools for both industry and law enforcement. In this Early Days OVA the maligned and quirky Tokyo Metropolitan Police Section 2 tries to solve crimes, urban legends, and their own faulty logistics.
